Everyone knows we have just come out with these new products and they are Trademarked, yet some find it “ethical” to try to FOOL customers into buying their products. Our attorneys will be handling this situation as internet Trademark Infringement laws are very specific.

Surely you haven't puchased these domain names:

www.Clean-n-Vac.com and www.vacaway.com

and then "pointed" them to resolve to the Releasit website. That simply wouldn't be ethical and I know for a fact that you are a very ethical person.

I believe that John is doing this to both "paint" you as an unethical businessman and to generate awareness of his and Steve's new encapsulation products.

Is there a way that you can find out who is doing this and make them stop before John totally discredits you on all the Industry Boards and gets away with it as usual?
