Connections Day 1

Connections is off to a really great start!

Dr Michael Barry was the keynote speaker. Wow!

He worked for the EPA for years. This man has probably done more for the carpet and carpet cleaning industry than any outside voice has ever done. Dr. Barry supports the scientifically pr oven fact that carpet contributes to better health. And that carpet cleaning is essential to maintain a healthy building.

His information was phenomenal. Did you know that anything above 2 grams of dirt per sq yard begins to affect IAQ. And that even average vacuuming begins to significantly improve the air quality.

Dr. Barry directed us all to check out this website with tons of scientific research about carpet...

The trade-show was fantastic for the opening day. And it's been fun hanging out with lots of cool industry people.

I'll give you another update tomorrow.
