Yesterday my dad and I were stuck cleaning a funeral home by ourselves. Both my employees that would usually be doing this were out. One at a funeral out of town and the other was in Chuck Dewald's Drying School in Tennessee. So my dad and I decide that this is not going to be a big deal because we can just use the Cimex and encap the place. Every place except for under the pews in the chapel. So we also took our truck mount to do under the pews. Everything was going great until all of the sudden the Cimex stopped putting out liquid when you squeezed the trigger. So we tried to blow it out not knowing what we were doing and did this three times before we got smart and called Rick. He told me about taking off the plastic plugs and flushing it with water from my truck mount. So I did and that helped but I had some build up in the plumbing right where the solution line goes under the yellow deck. I finally got it fixed after six different attempts. It cost me an hour and a half on the job though. So the moral is to keep the machine clean and blow out the crud often. Thanks Rick for the advice and getting me going again.

One other thing, isn't it great that Rick answers the phone and can help you immediately. When I bought the Cimex that was one of the things that impressed me and it paid off for me yesterday because he was there when I needed some help. Thanks Rick!
