Want to try encap on lightly soiled office, what do I need?

I will use my regular 175 floor machine that has a tank on it. What else do I need to perform a quality job?

a white pad for your driver on your orbital and some Releasit, and a good vacuum.
then have at it.
That setup will serve you fine.
Rick can hook you up. No biggie.

Steve pretty well nailed it. I can only add the heart of the finished job is a THOROUGH vacuuming. A half hearted vacuuming will not get as good results as a thorough vacuuming.

Don't be surprised if you find yourself giggling when you begin to see the results.

And AAAAHHHH!

No wickbacks. I almost gave up commercial because I wasn't happy with the results. If it doesn't look great when completed-I don't want to do it. Thoughts like that are a thing of the past.

I think a 275+ machine is needed for a good job. Anytime I've run mine on low (175rpm) I have trouble with it grabbing, and hard to get a nice foam layer going. it does work though. Try a sprayer for pretreating and for small areas.
