I have janitorial accounts with many coffee stains ,will releasit a white pad and my 175 rpm remove them? Or do I need a special spot remover forulated to remove coffee ? Thanks in advance for all your help!

Releasit Encap-Clean will remove most spills including coffee. There are directions on the jug for treating recurring spill stains. Releasit Encap-Spot will also take out some coffee stains. However if there are deeply set BROWN stains from the tannin you'll likely need to use any good coffee stain remover.

Releasit/Cimex/FiberPlus pads has taken out plenty of coffee spots for me.
