1st large encap job

Have used truck mount cleaning for the last 4 years. Tried encapping here and there and liked the results. In fact it bailed me out on some wick back problems 2 or 3 times. Last thursday was the 1st big test. 7,000 sq feet in a church/day care center. Many of the rooms were very dirty with lots of food and drink spills. Well the results were fantastic. This is with using a high speed rotary with shower feed, tan pads- also pre-treated spots with a 50-50 mix of releasit. I was finished with the job in 6 hours and the payday was very good $1,200.00. I told them to call if any of the spots came back, no calls yet. I might be getting hooked.

That is great to hear. My only suggestion would be to go back and look over the job. They may not call you to tell you of any spots. I try to go back and make sure the large jobs like that look alright the next day and you would be surprised what you can learn from that the next day. I have gone back before and seen the place a total wreck and I know if I would not have gone when I did that they would have called and blamed their party spills on me. It also shows the customer how much you care about the quality of your work. Anyway just some thoughts.

I gotta agree with Kevin about checking back.

With a new system, and you are not sure of the results, especially, a checking back will give you confidence that the process is OK, and that confidence will show to future customers.
