Office panels

I know this has been covered but I will ask again. I have 150 office panels to clean - they are broken down and staged to be setup abain. HWE is one way to do them but what about encap? I can basically flip them from side to side - I just need to keep them in order so they can be set up again.

If they are in an easy to acess area, I would HWE them with some one to help. One vacuum and the other clean. Test to see what fabric they are made of. If you throw out all the factors, this I would think would be a better choice as to what cleaning method I would use. With the thin material, pre vacuum will do you the most good, remove all that fine dust, and a dri master type of tool.

Rota brush to the rescue

September 3 2004, 8:29 AM

Here's a solution for encapping upholstery and stairs that we've come up with for you guys. I've been testing them, and these soft brushes work great. You'll need to attach it to a decent drill, I've been using mine with a Bosch drill (about $40 at Home Depot).

We now have these brushes for sale. They're very soft and should be fine for use on most synthetic fabrics. Each brush is $24 including shipping.

We just got set up as a distributor for these bushes. They will be on the store page in the next couple of days. In the meantime you can request one by phone.

Here's are some images from the manufacturer that will give you an idea of what it looks like...

We do tons of these for a local company. When broken down we use our truckmount and a light scrub wand. It is a two man job as panels need to be set some place to dry, can not be stacked on top of each other. This is the fastest way we have found to do a lot of panels at one time.

15th floor and the word is "bring at least 100' of extension cord as there is no power on the floor an one bathroom sink." I was hoping to get a good encap system going rather than filling up a portable from a bathroom sink. Panels are broken down and staged to be assembled on Wed. Hey - nothin is easy!!! Good payday though.
