Protector Question

I am wondering how the rest of you with employees encourage the sale of protector. Wether or not it is Soileze, Teflon, Scothgard, etc. If I go out and do the estimate I will always show the customer a price for clean only and a price for cleaning and protector. A lot of times my two employees will not even offer it to the customer. So my question is what kind of incentives do you offer your employees if they sell protector to the customer?

My suggestion is to offer them 20% of the gross.

This means money in their pocket, and worth while to them recommending it.
