Just wanted to say thank you for taking time out your day to return my call and as it turns out, provide me with a very simple solution to a very simple spotting situation. For about 6 months now,off and on,I've been trying to get my foot in the door with a particular resort here in the North Georgia area.Earlier we inspected and qouted everything from carpet, tile, area rugs. From their cabins to their Dinning facilities and on to their spa.Heard nothing from them for a few months.Just a few days ago the Spa director called up with high concern with possible permanent staining,in their massage rooms, from their staff spilling oils and so forth all around the tables. Some rooms were filled with major amounts. At the time,I felt pretty good about pretty good about my anticipated results.I had recently purchased ReleaseIt and tested it on a small commercial clean, looks good. Now with this spa cleaning coming up I found out that a large percentage of the spills were tee tree oil.I thought to myself...would the small amount in releaseit reactivatethe spilled t.t. oil?Figured if any one knew,it would be Rick G.During our conversation,Rick had reminded me of something I heard a LONG time ago.Using rubbing alcohol(sp?).Well,to try and make an already long story somewhat short,by using the good "Doctors'" instructions and a combonation of T.M and E-cap(w/ my rotory unit),the spa director, called today to book us for her tile;1321 sq.ft. clean/seal.She loved the results we gave her concerning the carpet.I cannot begin to express how apprehensive she was before I started to work my mojo! She related to us that just 2 and half weeks ago they had a different and cheaper "company" come in and attempt to "clean" the carpet;they only got so far as a hall and 1 room. She doesn't even have a budget for maintanence(we'll help her with that Thank you!)Again,Thank you Rick for such a wonderful product and service.Looking forward to the day I pick up a cimex for my toolbox!

I love buying products from Rick for this very reason. When you have questions or problems you just call up and he will answer them. This is why I originally bought a Cimex. I read an article Rick wrote and then started calling him and calling him. He always answered the phone and spent a large amount of time answering my questions. That impressed me so much that I figured I could not go wrong and if I did not like it he would be there to make it right.
