The largest cleaning show in North America features nearly 700 exhibitors, displaying the broadest range of industrial/institutional cleaning products and services to an estimated 17,000 attendees.
Truvox will showcase a range of its newest floor cleaning machines along with its Cimex-USA partner at ISSA/INTERCLEAN New Orleans 2004 (November 16-19) at Booth 848. On-stand demonstrations will feature the Orbis Ultra High Speed (UHS) burnisher, Orbis UHS Battery Burnisher, the Solaris Automatic Scrubber, the Cimex Diamond Finishing machine and the Spirogrinder. There will also be live demonstrations of encapsulation, a newly established, low-moisture carpet cleaning method.

Encapsulation
Rick Gelinas of the Florida-based Carpet Care Group will be on hand to demonstrate the benefits of encapsulation, a widely recommended, newly established carpet-cleaning method. The procedure deploys a low-moisture process designed especially for maintaining moderate to heavily soiled, high-traffic installations of commercial carpets. Using the Cimex Cyclone CR48 scrubber polisher, Gelinas will perform encapsulation on a heavily soiled carpet by agitating the carpet with Release-it, an encapsulation detergent that contains crystallizing polymers.

Truvox Orbis UHS
The Orbis UHS is a highly productive, cost effective and easy-to-use burnisher that gives a wet-look floor finish in a single pass. With the ability to clean as fast as an operator can walk, the Orbis UHS comes complete with a 20-inch drive disc and features a built-in dust control system.

Truvox Orbis UHS Battery Burnisher
The adjustable handle, quiet operation and smooth, low profile make the Orbis UHS Battery Burnisher the ideal choice for daytime cleaning. Featuring a floating pad rotating at 1,500 rpm, the Orbis UHS Battery Burnisher allows operators to clean large areas of floor more quickly than comparative corded machines. Productivity is boosted by a two hour battery run time.

Truvox Solaris Automatic Scrubber
The Solaris Automatic Scrubber is an ergonomic, compact floor machine designed to clean any hard floor type. The16-inch machine cleans floors at least three times faster than a mop. An interchangeable, high pressure, cylindrical brush that operates at 750 rpm maximizes cleaning performance.

The Solaris also includes easy-fill solution and recovery tanks that allow the machine to clean up to 3,300 square feet without refilling, twin squeegees and a powerful vacuum motor that dry floors moving both forwards and backwards. It also features an ergonomic adjustable handle, easy-roll wheels, choice of brushes for different floor and soil types and a separate vacuum switch for double scrubbing.

Cimex Diamond Finishing Machine
The Diamond Finishing Machine is a finishing system specifically designed for marble, granite, terrazzo and other stone floors. It allows rapid completion of various stages of floor surfacing with less effort than conventional methods. The machine is designed to maintain constant even pressure and avoids uneven cutting and rotational scoring.

The Diamond Finishing system combines the Cimex three-headed counter rotating system. It is available with a selection of diamond faced finishing disks, graded from coarse to fine, that accommodate newly laid floors, heavily worn or damaged stone and surface re-polishing.

Spirogrinder
The Spirogrinder system features the Cimex three-head counter rotation system designed for preparation of all types of surfaces. The Spirogrinder series offers a variety of high performance grinding machines for the smallest to the largest of jobs.

Each machine in the series uses the following accessories: Diamond disks, Scarifying tools, Carbide floor scrapers, Wire brushes, Nylo-grit scrub brushes and pad drivers with scrub pads. When used with the dust control system, the Spirogrinder series is ideal for all dust-free applications.
