Milwaukee makes a great cordless drill. You won't go wrong with either the 14.4 or 18 volt. They both last a long time on a charge. Dewalt is also very good. A lot of the cheaper drills may have 14, 18 or even 24 volt, but that doesn't mean that they will last very long on a charge. Stick with one of the major brands and you won't go wrong.

The brush will create a fair amount of load on the motor. So make sure you select a drill that has plenty of run time amd power. It might also be a good idea to ensure that it has a good warranty. I've been using my Rota-Brush with a Bosch corded dril (under $40) and it has worked well.

how i would do it is :

- spray
- scrub
- then depending on appearance / amount of soil to begin with, you may want to post-towel it down with a clean dry towel, or walk...use your judgement.

thanx --- Derek

I do it just like Derek described. It's so simple it's scary. Works great for many applications. Here's a for instance... We cleaned an auditrioum of about 250 chairs. I had a helper spraying the chairs with Releasit as I went behind with the ROTA Brush. The chairs looked as good or better than when we had previously cleaned them with HWE.
