New cylinder brush machine

I talked with Rick today and we are going to order one of the new machines. We are going to try using it in residential to encap carpet followed by a light HWE cleaning.

For very dirty carpet, this system seems ideal. We are trying to get away from the RX-20 and Drimaster systems that we are currently using. The RX can leave carpet too wet. The drimaster has a hard time staying together due to the cheap plastic parts on the thing.

How fast would the new machine be for encap on commercial as compared to the cimex?

Hi John,

It was nice to talk with you today. The X2 will fall in the 1500+ sq ft per hour range. This is a bit less than the 2,000+ sq ft per hour range that the Cimex can do. Each machine has its place. The Cimex is without question a monster scrubbing machine. You mentioned that you're primary applications are residential, so the X2 should work well for you there. The X2 will fit the business needs of anyone who is desiring a very well built smaller scrubbing machine.
