Speed Drying & Post Vacuuming

In the 80's we used Host for residential cleaning. The 'corn cob' had to dry so we could sweep it up (what a mess) before we left. The sweeping was "dry extraction". Can Releasit be speed dried so we can complete the soil removal or does it require time to cure beyond feeling dry?

Thanks Rick

great question David. often times i've put a blower on carpet for 20 - 30 minutes and it was hand dry. i'd move the blower then come back to the same spot 15 minutes later and the moisture have wicked back towards the tips of the tufts....the carpet was not completely dry.

so when the carpet "feels" dry, caution is needed as we all know.

thanx --- Derek.

David,

Crystallization has occurred as soon as the carpet is totally dry. The definitive word here is totally. If it's still slightly damp, then it will still be in the process of curing. That's why I generally recommend post-vacuuming the next day. But if you can get the carpet totally dry using fans, then it will be fine to post-vacuum right away. BTW you can't hurt it if you post-vacuum too soon.
