Does anyone use special software to keep appointments, customer info, etc. If so, what recommendations, and why?

Hi Jay

A program we have used for about 4 or 5 years is put out by a company call Gen-E-Sys. If you go to there site www.gen-e-sys.com you should be able see some of the stuff they do. We have been very happy with it. You can run one or multiple trucks with it as well as the same with regards to men. It is very flexible and customizable. Take a look, if you contact them feel free to tell them I told you about them if you want. I’m sure if you had any questions about how we use it, Denise would gladly help you out with them.

I think I have tried most of the various software out there at some point and time. The one we settled on for our office is Mistral by Cyclone Solutions. this program was very easy to learn and had all the follow up features we wanted. They also had awesome support which is a huge problem with some of the other software companies.
