I was trying to get the flier on Ricks website into a workable format to add to and edit - anybody know how to do this? It comes up in Adobe.

Use the pdf format for your flier.

i think the only way to edit it is with the main Adobe program...which is expensive. other than that you can try to print screen and paste it into your own photo editer....dunno how crisp and clean that will look tho.
i know what you mean, i have wanted to edit it myself but i cant and make it look clean.

thanx --- Derek.

oops!

Oops! That didn't work. What you want to do is click on the snapshot button, highlight the entire document, right click, copy, open microsoft publisher, word, or something else, and paste. You might have to resize to get it to fit, but it worked for me in publisher. Good luck!

The button is on acrobat reader, but I'll send it to you in publisher if you give me your email. If you don't have the same version as me it might not open. T

i think i figured it out, on my Reader it is called the "Graphics Select Tool".

so i copy / pasted it into Microsoft Works, now what do i do? i was thinking i could edit it but it doesnt seem to let me...think i would need to edit it in my photo editing software...no?

thanx for the help --- Derek.

BTW, my email you can get by clicking on my name above....anyones name in Blue color means they posted their email addy.

**EDIT** ahh now i see, i can't edit the graphics or text in it but i can resize the page to add text above or below the graphics...very helpful, thanx Tom
