Has anyone used this upholstery cleaning machine, if so worth the $. Have you used for standard, delicate fabrics and or leather. If have used, could it be used as a all around spotter as well. Thanks for all the input. Much apprreciated.

I have never tried the Esprit machine, but I do have the older model VS-II

I have used this with Releasit on upholstery, but did not wet vacuum after cleaning.

Upholstery cleaned up a lot better than previous attempts with HWE, and also with my usual foam detergent when using the VS-II

Using Releasit, instead of my usual foam cleaner, really made a big difference, and the Releasit did foam also.

This was over two months ago in a very busy office, where the chairs are usually dirty fairly quickly.

They are staying cleaner, longer, and the fabric still feels nice to the hand.

I too have the older vs 2 model. Started my business with VS equipment;however, found that especially the upholstery equipment (vs 2) did not clean as well on synthetics as did my new portable hwe machine and no where near what my later truck mount would clean, especially on heavy soil.

I purchased the upholstery cleaning machine some time back.
Very heavy and I found out the upholstery would resoil in a few
weeks.
I do say that the machine was very well built. Costly but well buit. Cost was about if I remember $2100.00 back in 1998.
