Employee Compensation

I am looking at ways to compensate additional sales, such as adding on tile and grout, sealer, carpet protector and other extra work.

We have been focusing on a production incentive, and I am afraid it exerts pressure on the guys to go too fast. I don't want their pay to suffer be terminating the program, so I am looking for something else to bonus.

I felt if we bonus sell ups this would help, but since half of our work is commercial, (kitchen hood cleaning, commercial carpet and now our new tile/ grout venture), it seems like the commercial guys won't benefit from this incentive.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
