As for your post, that's great Rick! However, personally I gave up VCT about a year ago. I found that my customers thought they knew more than I did. Heavy traffic areas that needed at the least a strip every year and maybe a scrub after 6 months...they didn't think so! Then they would want the floor buffed every month although I suggested weekly at the very least. 7 or 8 months later when the floors start looking rough they call me and chew me out?? No thank you. I don't mean to sound pessimistic, but you can have it! I got tired of it! Still, though, you are, as usual, on top of things!! Way to go!

Au contraire' from my end.
My VCT accounts are picking up. Small to med size ones that is.
They see the increased quality that I am providing to their carpets.. they now want me to do their VCT,, the funny thing,, they dont even want a price. They just want ME to do it.
I look forward to trying this product.

You'll need a High Speed buffer, 1500 rpm or higher with a high speed buffing pad.
