Aw - let's show a little more sympathy for this stupid animal. After all, we've all had days when nothing worked out and all of a sudden we see the lion, can't keep our eyes off the lion, and run into the tree. C'mon now --- admit it. You've run into a few trees in your lifetime, haven't you?

LOL

Bo - I've gotta say I can appreciate that analogy. Yep I've definitely smacked a few trees in my life. I guess I'm just a dumb antelope too

in school one day in 7th grade i was walking downtown Rochester to my bus stop...was looking at my new shoes as i walked, not looking where i was going. musta been in a haze for a good 30 seconds, not paying attention, when i suddenly smacked headfirst into a huge steel telephone pole...cracked 2 pencils in half that were in my shirt pocket. boy did that hurt, ppl were cracking up walking and driving past.

thanx for making me think back to those painful days Bo

oops!

Well I was about 15 years old and had been driving for a few years, I was parking cars in a NYC garage on the side of course I went to get a customers car a brand new Cadillac Eldorado (the sticker was still on the pass window)
White loaded, pretty car.

I got in and didn't move the seat up/forward I could hardly reach the pedals and started to go up a very long & steep ramp at one point I was on such an incline that all I could see was the hood & the ceiling so I tapped the accelerator.

And than “BOOM” I hit a column that was about 12 feet thick all around.

I got out and went to my cousin to tell him what I just did.
But left the car in drive & it was still pushing into the column, antifreeze and smoke coming out the front.

When my cousin pulled the car away I creamed the front end. The customer turn the corner (suspicious by then) and almost messed himself yelling at me what did you do to my car.

True story
I know just how that antelope feels!
