I'd like to extend a huge thanks to Rick for helping me out of a tight spot. I recently purchased a Cimex from a local distributor (should've gone with Excellent Supply from the beginning) and purchased at the same time 3 cases of pads. Went and picked up the machine, but no pads were there since a larger account of the suppliers wanted some and the guy catered to them and sent them the pads I had already paid for. So I ended up with a Cimex and 3 pads. They've since been used-up and I have a demo coming up in a few days at a local airport. Rick stayed late tonight and made sure I'll have FP pads in plenty of time. Thanks for helping out us little guys, Rick!

I agree.On more than one occassion Rick has called me back,answering all of my minor questions.Now if I could only get service like this with other aspects of life.

Rick spent about 20 minutes with me yesterday giving me advice about marketing to commercial accounts. He is a GREAT GUY! Thanks Rick, you're a rare one among suppliers! And when I place orders...they arrive the next day in most cases. Unreal!!

Ah come on now you guys, you have me blushing.

Have you ever heard that expression, "it's my pleasure"? Well it's generally pretty easy working with you fellows. The way I see it, we have something special in common. We all LUV this business! So I here I am, I get to work with folks all over the country who groove on the same thing I do. This is fun for me most of the time. So THANK YOU for your comments; I can honestly say "it's my pleasure".
