I've twice tried to click thru to the video and each time have gotten
a "Forbidden", "access denied" type of message.

To make it multiplatform web friendly the video had to be put in mpeg form. The site it is stored on only allows for downloads and not streams. Hold your mouse pointer over link, right click, and choose "save target as" from the menu. It is a little over 4 MB.
