Something learned

Cleaned a wool rug today, 5' x 7'. HWE using Fine Fabric Prespray and Fiber Plus and a standard uph. tool. Looked great. However, the side edges and fringes were a little dingy. Rather than mixing up the different elements one would normally mix to clean the fringes, I said, "what the heck, I'll try Releasit!" My, my...I sponged the edges....they look fantastic. The fringes I sponged and then went ahead and extracted to lessen the moisture amount to avoid shrinkage. Then I quick dried. WOW. Once again I am amazed. My wife commented on how good the whole rug looked and how she had never seen me get the edges SO clean.
Just thought I'd pass it along.

Releasit is excellent for cleaning Oriental rug fringes.

Don't be cheap with it - use lots of it.
