First, thanks to Rick and all of you for giving me more of a carpet cleaning education in the last year then I've received in last 20. This forum is invaluable. I've sat on the sidelines and benefited from the experience of you guys. Most appreciated. Got my Cimex back in Oct and its one of the best investments I've ever made. Again, I have appreciated your professional remarks and suggestions. You've helped me out many times.

Rick has a great company with excellent customer service before and after the sale. The forums are great to learn from and can provide great entertainment at times. I am a little nervous when Rick starts to call himself Jimmy. ROFLMFAO Rick.
