I'm sorry Joe, small bonnets are not available for the 15" Cimex. They're only available for the larger 19" machine. You could always run a second standard rotary machine to do some follow up bonneting.

If you want to give me a call tomorrow I've got a crazy long shot idea that might be worth a spin. Maybe I can figure a way work a bonnet onto the 15" machine.

yep, a very good step. I prefer to use a rotary and the thinner bath towell type pads.
The driver head of the rotary, forces this thinner type pad down into the fibers for more aggressive post padding.

Using the large looped ones isnt that great. I wouldnt prefer the cimex either, not for post padding. I would think that you would go thru too many of them and they cost a pretty penny.

I love my cimex. but prefer my rotary to post pad HWE jobs as I do it on most all berbers, and lots of cut piles to boot'.

Way to go "Dobs"

March 30 2005, 7:34 AM

Hey Dobs you're becoming famous. You have a cleaning "method" that you believe in with your name attached to it now. That's the cool thing about the internet. By sharing ideas with the industry that you see working first hand in your business you're helping to shed light on that particular angle of cleaning. That's one of the things that makes our industry great, we're all able to learn from each other. Keep up the good work bud.
