| I have been cleaning this Chinese restaurant now for 2 years using HWE. It has always been a royal pain in the butt, difficult to get as clean as I would like, even after pre-spraying and srubbing with a rotary. Well last night I went in with the cimex. I was very happy with the results. I really like the way the cimex and the releasit brightens the carpet. On 2 very greasy areas I pre-spayed the juice and put down a wet thick cotton bonnet, using a rotary and then encapped over them. On the rest I lightly pre-srayed and then let the mex do his thing. The funny thing was the feedback from the workers. They said through the one who could speak english, we dont like this thing. I said why not? She said it leaves everything in the carpet. With the wand and the hose you pull it out.How do you explain encapsulation to those who know little of the english language? I said this method will keep your carpet looking cleaner longer. And take a look how good the carpet looks! It was a interesting experience. It took about the same time as cleaning with HWE, except my back and body felt alot better. And the bottom line were very good results. |

Thats a tricky question Bill. You may get many answers.
Hopefully you sell yourself and they entrust in you to choose the best system to fit their cleaning needs.
Congrats on the pad , pre extraction. That is the key to your success there, getting the grease and 'yuck' out prior to encapping over it.
If they are particulars' about your system, you may have to meet them in the middle and 'padcap' this particular acct. The results are awesome. In all of my stores now, I use both encap via the cimex and padcapping in the hi traffic lanes and dirtiest areas.
You have pads, a rotary and releasit. I prespray, give just a bit of dwell time, and pad clean away. Then you can show all the little 'joses' the dirty, filthy and greasy pads. That shows that extraction had taken place. The carpets will dry quick and there are also encapped soils left that can be vac'd out with maintenance on their part.
Dont forget the educational part from you to them, about proper post vacuuming.
Best of luck.

My advice would be to hwe, maybe a cimex pre scrub, it next time and the cotton pad after. Then show them the pad. The results will speak for themselves. Then explain to them that no method removes all the dirt but a combination of 2 methods that includes encap juice will do a better then 1 method ever could, unless you are waldo the golden wand. You can beat your head against a wall and only get a dent in your head for your troubles. Prove it to them without showing them up. Then have fun cimexing and post bonneting it all the time.
Then tell them to get you some pork fried rice and deep fried prawns, maybe an egg rool or barbecue pork, wash it down with a pepsi and ask them to leave the cleaning to the professional. ;0)
Just kidding on that last part

I agree about the HWE and flush in these areas.
But I mentioned padding out the grease because some cleaners dont have TM's. Not even portys. good or bad, it is fact.
and I have some accts. that make it mandatory,, no steam, no water, no noise, no hoses,, no blocking doors, etc.
Now if it needs extraction, you have better be swift with a rotary and pads. I love the cimex/encap combo, but there is no extraction. And grease pits require that for GOOD results. You could encap and get mediocre results maybe,, but is that good enuf?
YOu answer that.
There are alot of ways to skin a cat. But once again, fill your tool box up with all the tools and then choose the right tool that fits the cleaning need. The more the merrier'.
Have a good one guys and gals.

Just attach a vac hose to the back of the Cimex and run it out to the truck. Solves that problem

LOL Rick. If the Cimex had vac, it would be the most awesome tool on the planet. It is close anyways. Steve Dobson
