I was wondering what mags, etc. do the "decision makers" read? I would like to get some of these pubs to read and keep up with industry trends. Case in point - one of my customers (the head of engineering in a hotel) knew A LOT about encap and it's benefits. It was such an easy sell it was amazing. He read about it in a magazine. No demo needed! I was the FIRST cleaner to approach him with it!!

I want to be able to refer these pubs that have info about encap to give it some validity.

If he was head of engineering in a hotel, it was probably a hospitality mag; that he had read.

These are distributed to major hotels, motels, resorts, casino's, laundries, caterer's, etc; world wide.

Not just for engineering, but the entire staff, cleaning divisions included.

When I'm not sure of anything, I ask.

Why not ask this engineer??
