I purchased a Cimex at the Connections Conference since then I have had the oppurtunity to do 90% of the carpets in the facility where I work ,the really trashed ones twice and even three times the whole facility looks great .
Absolutly the best money I have spent on equipment in a long time .I purchased it with my personel credit card and will be reinbussed by the company which I admit was sticking my neck out more than a little bit.Given the results I was able to produce It will Noooooooooo problem.I cleaned the comptrollers office first .

Sounds like you hit a home run. May be worth it to bid on a few other buildings to do on your off days. Could be a great source of extra income.
