I used the Cimex and Releasit on a trashed mall shoe store for a first time clean as wel as a preview for getting future jobs with this chain store. It was 2700 sq ft and when I started to fill up the bucket, there wasnt any hot water. I didnt have a bucket heater so I went ahead and used cold water. It took 50 minutes because they vacuumed ahead for me and the district manager inspected two days later and was etremely impressed. I was handed 26 more stores to do 2 and 3 times per year all within a 70 mile radius, with many n cities I can do 3 in one night to save on gas. I never thought cold would clean that good but it did.

I hope you have better luck at doing more than 1 a night at malls than I used to. Most of the minimum wage managers won't stay any longer than they have to. If your not there right when they close, they'll leave and be gone when you get there. We would send 2 guys in van, and send one to vac at one place and kill time till the other one was done.

Hey Brian,
If you're going to send two guys to a mall, have two machines and do both stores at the same time. The one who finishes first helps the other.
