Yes, but beware that you will exceed your customers expectations! LOL The only downfall that we see is going up and down steps! This is in my opinion and I've been steaming for 19 years.

I encap everyday in residential but do not use my Mex unless it is vacant with berber style carpet. I mostly use my GLS. Somtimes I padcap with the 2sp Betco bonnet machine. Those who are not encapping residential are missing a profitable opportunity IMHO. I have been doing this for over a year, even in my own homes. I am sure someone will say we are leaving "microbials" behind and worry about little children crawling on the carpet. All of my test haven proven that there are no side effects to this type of cleaning. I have a 8 month old grandson who crawls on it every day and it has been cleaned with this method 3 times! I have seen several post that they will not encap residential and their argument sounds good, but doesn't hold water by this old carpet cleaner. We have never seen better results or found anything easier or faster to do. Since I sold my last "Truckmount" almost three years ago, I have really enjoyed this business. We must be doing something right as we are slammed all of the time now. I have really upped my price trying to drive some of my customer/clients away (the less desireable or too far out from my office)but it has not worked yet. What I am trying to say here in this post is I LOVE ENCAPPING!
