Bouncing

Did a small store last night. Knew it would be fairly clean as I clean it every 6 weeks. Had the brushes on Cimex, It bounced really bad on it. Tried running it either direction, no difference. Was a real tight short commercial loop. Had a wet leg from solution spashing out of tank. Did another one after that, Didn't do it.
is that common? do you think the pads will be better on that carpet?,

thanks,
Brian

Pads are always a better choice for carpet.

I've never heard of the brushes bouncing like that.

If you were using the 4805 brushes I suppose they could have done some bouncing because they're too aggressive for many carpets - they're mainly just used for scrubbing tile and grout.

Stick with either the FiberPlus or the FiberPlus Max - two proven winners

Sounds like the person who poured the concrete came from eastern North Carolina! I have yet to get the square footage Rick suggests out of the Fiber Plus pads. The people here pour it and float it in waves. It's awful. It runs my pads down quickly. Maybe one of them was in your area and wanted to show somebody how "good" they were! lol

4807 brushes shouldn't normally bounce, unless they've possibly been crushed. If the bristles have been crushed into an odd shape the machine could bounce. If that's the case, the bristles will need to be allowed to return to the normal position. If you have bent bristles contact me and I can give you some ideas on how to correct this.
