Going after Office spaces..

I am going to aggressively pursue large offices as customers.
Anyone out there had success in this specific market and care to pass along any words of wisdom?

I have been asking around some of local carpet cleaners on their pricing structure and have been getting range of nine cents per sq. foot up to 17 per sq. foot.

Quite a range for a 4,000 sq foot space.

I am open to successful buyer incentives that anyone has found effective.

Jeff,
Demo, demo, demo. I get from 9 cents to 12 1/2 depending on the circumstances. On the former, they have to pre-vacuum.
