LOL

Not laughing at you but as much as I would like to teach you, if you did a search on my name, you would see that I am a "squid" novice and learning as well. I do envy you attending the class in July, I looked into it but I am doing an apprenticeship the end of this month down in LA with "the ground floor," owned by Al Spaet.

I was having problems with that white film and I had the cimex in the van so I decided to try and make it work and it did remove 90% of the white film, the other 10% I had to remove with the green pad that is on the floor in one of the pictures.

BTW, when I first got married I live on Grove Acre in Pacific grove for a year, then moved to Casanova for 3 years and then off of Prescot in New Monterey for two years. Maybe when you get back from your class, we can compare notes because I know that Mr. Bertoli is the leader in his industry. I just felt that hands on experience would be a little better than a class in my opinion. I plan on taking my cimex with me to LA so I can use the machine on some jobs rather than the traditional swing machine. My website and e-mail should be in my profile so send me one if you like. If you are an avid golfer like I am, maybe I could force <G> myself to come play some of the old courses I used to play and we could compare notes.

Control your laughter Dave and Rick

June 12 2005, 3:53 PM

I am sure when they saw your message asking me for some hands on training, they were laughing so hard they could not even type a response. Dave is now telling his work crew "not to pull a James....". You and I have to learn somehow though. Stay in touch and when both of us get back, Laurel and hopefully not Hardy can compare notes.<G>
