I have GL rated for commercial floorcare at 1 million with 2 million aggregate. Based on net income and payroll. Ask about exclusions for lower rates.

General Liabilty is cheap (We carry 1 Million w/ 1 Million Umbrella) compared to Workers Comp. It is reqiured here in Georgia by even the smallest Builder. When we write a Proposal, it is included along with the letter also stating our Certifications like "Carpet and Rug Institute Certified Firm" for one. CRI seems to be the most respected and most in the Commercial field are aware of it. (it is located in Georgia) When we bid, we are always asked to the conference room table. That dosen't mean we get them all, but we get our share by just appearing Professional on Paper.
