Dining Room

Mark Hart

I just got home after cleaning the main dining room in an assisted living facility. I have been cleaning this carpet ever since the facility opened in 1998. Up until today I would prespray, Cimex & HWE using Ultra Chem Products. Mind you, this is the only account I have like this. I stay away from restaurants because I figure they are more work than they are worth.

So tonight I use the Releasit with the Max pads, prespraying the traffic pattern as well as in front of the kitchen door. The place turned out great. I can't tell if it looks better than the old way, however, I am enjoying a beer and typing this up at the time I would be just finishing up the extraction.

Cool!

I could use a cold ome myself. It's gonna be 103 today in Scotsdale Az. I agree with you, resturaunt owners expect the same low rate, but you have to do 3x's the work. My favorite facilities are schools.. Lots of wide open sapce, and almost always the chairs are moved to the gym. Keep us updated on the outcome ..
