Wow, Rick. I thought you cared about us! I thought you were different. I am so sad . I was talkin' to a friend of mine the other day who had mentioned getting into the carpet cleaning business several months ago. I knew he had purchased a portable hwe unit. He was riding by my house the other day and stopped by to see me. He told me the portable had just about killed him, so he took it back to Bridgepoint in Greensboro and they gave him his money back. So he asked me if I had ever heard of a Cimex? I laughed and said yes, there was one in my garage. He said he had bought one from a guy named Rick in Florida. I told him that's where I got mine. Then he told me that he sold it, thru Rick, to a guy in Greenville SC because it hurt his back to lift it in and out of his truck. Now, Rick, I thought we had some kind of unofficial protected territory here so you can imagine my dismay to find another cleaner who lives in my city had actually purchased one from you. I feel betrayed.

In all seriousness, this post is embedded with playful sarcasm and jest! I actually told him that I guess it did hurt his back lifting it in and out of the back of his pickup truck by himself!! I told him it was a great piece of equipment and that he should have held onto that sucker! And, yes, I told him that you were a great guy and a pleasure to do business with.
Your customer service is among the best there is and it is a joy to do business with you. I was a little disappointed, not in you or Excellent-Supply, but that someone in my area had actually found you and your product!!
Honestly, I have recommended to 2 of my competitors to contact you if they wanna compete with me in commercial!
I had to do this in fun, so I hope I won't be "banned" from the site or from continuing to do business with you!

BTW, there is a nice little group of Cimex owners right here in the Tampa Bay area where I'm located. Yet even with all of them out there with Mex's we al still seem to get along just fine. Even with a handful of Cimex's in my backyard there's plenty of work for everybody.

Here's something to consider... How many cleaners in your area run a truckmount? A bunch? They all have basically the same approach to cleaning, yet we can assume there's enough business to keep em rolling. So Henny Penny, maybe the sky isn't falling after all.

Hey, fellas, I'm alittle disappointed in Rick as well. Been cleaning carpet a long time and always thought of myself as a hard worker. Even the times when I was in a place during the winter and didn't quite break a sweat, I could still make myself think I was a hard worker. But rick ruined all of that with his cimex/releasit system. Now I can't even make my custys think I'm a hard worker cause they see how easy it is with this system. It can be the top of the summer and the only time I break a sweat is when I walk out to the truck to get more pads or something. Rick, you're killin my image!
