Re: Residential vs. Commercial

Garrett

Just got a sneak peek at the on-line version of July CleanFax and enjoined Rick’s debate. I personally do 90% commercial Myself for the very good reasons brought up..

Night time work, No Traffic. No one looking over your shoulder, no kids running around the house, and much better productivity. Most of my accounts are wide open spaces.. No furniture moving!!

In a previous Life I was a manager for a small trucking firm here in Arizona, so by nature I feel my comfortable with the “head honcho” of a business than the Mrs. Soccer Mom.

I do on average one job a night compared 5 homes a day, racing across town to my next appt. I like that the facility manager s are usually more flexible than Res who insist your come now! Most of my comm is regular maintenance , Provided they are still in business, technically my jobs can book months in advance. I don’t think there are winners or losers in this debate, just personal preferences..
