How does it all work??

I received my cimex last week and have a commercial job this weekend. The carpet is a 5,000 sq Ft. pediatric center thats never been cleaned with alot of stains. Should I HWE first then encap? I have been reading all the subjects posted on the board. When and how do you use other products with the Mex like punch etc.. All I have is encap ds. When would you do Pad Capping? and Why.. I am not a big fan of bonnet cleaning (BAD Experience). MY question is what are all these other products used with my Cimex machine?

you have the Encap DS so you're all set.

you'd use Punch if you were Bonneting, but using the DS with the FP pads is a better result IMO.

or you can use your pre-spray, pre-scrub with the Cimex and FP pads, then HWE it....it's your choice.

What he said. With the DS you are set to go. Follow the instructions on the jug and make up a spray bottle of the spray solution. Try cleaning the carpet following the instructions on Rick's www.releasit.com home page. Even though I haven't seen the carpet, it is hard for me to imagine the the Mex can't clean it without HWE. If you feel more comfortable, have the extractor there and make the decision whether or not to extract after you've finished with the Cimex
