DERECK!! Hiking+Sandles?? Ya crazy?? LOL... I found out tea tree oil also helps with cold sores, severe sun burn, athletes foot, and of coarse, deodorizes cars pretty well.. My girlfriend would kill me if she found out I was smoking in her new car.... LOL!!!

BTW Ricks Spotter also helped save my relationship with my girlfriend. You see,, how can I say this with out lol?? HMMM??? I was doing "donuts" in her new car and spilled a 44 oz pepsi all over the floor.. To say the least with Ricks "Magic Juice"
she'll never know... Did I mention It is a Sin to eat in her new car??? Thanks Rick for saving my butt... LOL>>>>>

Derek, Derek, Derek. Come to Okiehoma and hike with your sandals. The baby rattle snakes just love them dem wittle pinkies. They are thick this year.

Sorry to hear about the PI. Almost lost my wife to PI. Was in critical care unit for several days.

Talk about someone watching out for us. We were in Arkansas on the White River a couple of weeks ago. I hate standing out in a stream with 50 other men fishing for trout so I was looking for access in a less crowded spot. I found a very overgrown path to the river I figured my wife and I could navigate. It was about 50 feet up from the river. So I called my wife over. Just as we started to go down the path a voice from someone we couldn't even see asked us if we were allergic to poison ivy. I responded, "yes, horribly so". The voice said, "then you don't want to come down here because it is everywhere, it lines the entire path down here". I yelled thank you and the hair shot up on my neck. My wife and I said a little prayer of thanks because we were so far from a hosptal she wouldn't have made it. She had even forgotten her bottle of Benadryl she always carries.

We got up on the main road and looked down off a bridge. There was a fellow standing on a big rock fishing for trout all by his lonesome. It was so quiet down where he was fishing he heard my wife and I talking. Glad he wanted to fish alone.

yikes! glad she made out OK Dave....nice fella to have warned ya.

i love snakes so sounds like Okiehoma would make a great trip for me

saw my first wild timber rattlesnake a couple years back...was awesome!

but no more rattlesnake hunting for me. if i went and got bit, the antivenom carries some properties that are questionable at best.

no more hiking in the weeds for you either Dave!

take care Bro --- Derek.

Come on down for a Rattlesnake hunt some time.

http://www.outdoorguide.net/rattlesnake/waynoka3.html

Have access to some property over by there if you want to cuddle some giant snakes.

Had a fella die last week from a baby rattler bite. He went to pick it up and it got him between thumb and index finger. Died before they could get him to the hospital.

ouchie, that's not right

poor fella, someone you knew?

BTW, when i say "hunt" i don't mean kill, just catch and release.

i'll wait a thousand years or so Davo....then no biting worries lol. and then you and momma can go hiking with no worries

take care --- Derek.

So Derek, you believe a thousand years will make a difference in man/beast relationships??

Hmmm, sounds familiar.
