Thanks Rick and Cimex.

Rick, I spoke with Tom and Dennis in ref. to my Cimex "problem". Excellent service, they are gonna take care of it. Now, the funny part (ya gotta laugh or it will drive ya crazy)! On Monday nite, the same nite my Cimex went down, my truckmount went down also! Anyway, I take my van to Sunbelt USA where Steve Boyette and the fine boys take care of my problem. On the way home (Raleigh NC is about 80 miles NW of where I reside), Tom calls me on the phone. I'm about halfway home. After we talk about the problem, he asks me who services my truckmount. I tell him Sunbelt. Tom says, "Oh, yeh. Good people. They can handle the Cimex repair. Take it to them and have them bill us." I just laughed. Well, it least if I have another issue, I know where to take it! lol Now I get to go back to Raleigh on Monday!
Thanks for your help. I thought everyone might enjoy this little story as I know we have all had these kind of days!
Have a great day!

howdy Ades. It stopped turning. It's either in the switch or the motor. Warranty's good, so all it'll cost me is the travel to Raleigh. I'll be leaving early Monday morning to get there by 8 or so. I have to be back in Greenville by 11:30. My wife has a class at noon. Ya need me to take something up there for ya? I'm bringing a piece back for another guy here in Greenville.

No , thanks for asking i thought we might could do lunch.
When you say stopped turning, all together or does it hum and won't turn.
Mine does that some after i run it about 30 mins or so and have to stop it and turn it back on. I have to give it a little spin by hand to get it going or it will kick a breaker.

Interesting! Now that means that Rick is selling so many machines Cimex can't keep up with the quality control. LOL
