| Greetings All,
Due to heath reasons it is time for me to move out of the cleaning busness, I bought the Cimex from Rick about 1 1/2 yrs ago and have used it very little as that is when my heath was just starting to get bad. I have the pad drivers and some fiber plus pads, and some pads for stripping floors, 2 gal of Reliceit and 2 gal of double strenth Reliceit.
The unit is in about as new condition. $1800.00 takes all. I would like it picked up or I will be willing to travel 25 miles from Rockford IL to meet someone, shipping would be very expensive I think and if you would like it shipped that would be extra, I would have to find a freight co or something to ship it and figire out a way to package it , so it would be better if you could come and get it or meet me.
I do have other equipment for VCT cleaning and burnishing, and equipment for cleaning ceramic tile and grout that is For Sale Also.

Jeff: I really wish I had more commercial carpet to clean. Dodgeville doesn't have much in that market and I don't want to try and compete in Madison. It sounds like a good deal.I know we could meet in Janesville. Sorry to hear you're not well. Dave Bigler

Greetings from Florida. We have close friends in Evansville which is 14 miles from Janesville. Been there several times. Dave, the Cimex is excellent for residential carpeting. I have been using it with brushes since 1986 and when the customer sees you scrub the carpet with it prior to extraction, they usually don't want anyone else. So, think along those lines.

Mark: If I were to use a Cimex it would be mostly on residential as a stand alone machine. I sold my TM when I started padding exclusively 4 years ago.
