Rick, What do I need?

Hi Rick, I just won a contract for a appt complex. There are 4 floors that I am going to cimex. This place is trashed. It's in a big city and looks like it's never been cleaned. Stains are everywhere. MY question is there are 166 stairs that I will be cleaning and there is no way I'm going to HWE this job. I need to place an order(S)for cleaning these discusting
stair's. What do I need (include a good drill I can purchase from a hardware store). And I also need a corner tool and pole. Thx for all your help.

You will need a variable speed drill, not a constant speed.

And what will you use to vac the stairs?

The drill driver will work great.

Do you have access to a rotary machine?
If you're real good with a rotary you could use it on the stairs.
That would be my recommendation for cleaning a lot of grungy stairs.

The Edge Brush works real well for cleaning along the baseboards/

And the Cimex will take care of the hallways.

If you need any help you can give me a call Monday, I'll be in the office in the afternoon.

Congratulations on landing the big account!

You can just HWE the stairs.

Orbital buffer works great faster then the drill, a medium scrub brush works well, but if
I was going to be encaping a bunch of them a short handled Orick Orbiter or a small 12 inch rotary would be the way I would go, Koblens polisher will work also and you can get them cheap.

Plan on washing down the walls if you encap them...
My 90º buffer/polisher really splashes the juice around..
