Concrete guys.. I need help !!

The more businesses I call on the more added services people are asking me about. I just went into a potential account that is expanding and asked if I could speak with the manager about carpet cleaning. She told me all the carpet is being ripped out. The store is looking for a more rustic look. She asked me if I could clean concrete and of course I told her Yes. The store will consist of 13,000 sq ft to be cleaned once a month. All they want is to clean the concrete to keeps its rustic look...no grinding or polishing of the concrete. I read up on marble, stone and concrete care but there seem to be quite a few methods of doing this. Any suggestions?... What about pricing for concrete? You guys are the best...

Ralph

P.S. there is also some rubber flooring??

If they're gonna yank the carpet and expect the concrete to look decent underneath they're in for a surprise.Yeah,it'll look rustic alright! They may want to look into decorative topping then have that maintained.Normal cleaning;Cimex and Abstraction will work great on concrete,as long as you have the correct brushes from Rick G.

Patrick if a store is going to rip the carpet they will have their remodeling crew put a surface/coating on the floor. Take a walk through the mall and check out all the floors with concrete.

Cleaning/maintaining concrete floors is a piece of cake.

Scrub with Cimex
Wet Vacuum
Rinse

An additional option would be to use a high speed buffer, electric or propane to do a clean and buff.

Should be very EZ!

Rick,
Your correct the floor will be resurfaced. Half of the store is already done and in use. When I clean the floor that is already done... What do I use?? Cimex with fp pads and water? then a wet vac? and rinse with what?? Do I pre-vac concrete or just sweep or use a dustmop? Ah so many questions..
