I just finished a job that has haunted me for the past year and a half. It is a job that has carobon black all over the place ! When i HWE it, it was terrible. I used alot of spotters and it still wasnt to my satifaction. They seemed to have liked my work because they kept calling me back. But after today Im sure they will be pleased, it came out perfect! Rick, you have made a believer out of me . My back doesnt hurt and my pockets are getting bigger because of your products. Thank you so, so much. Have a great weekend guys !

I'm with ya, Thadd

I just finished a car dealership I've been doing for a little over a year on a quarterly basis. I've got it down to about one hour and I charge 'em $206.00. Funny thing is, the Cimex broke down on me a couple of weeks ago when I had it scheduled. Now, I hwe the place the first time I ever did it and wasn't real tickled; I bought the Cimex and was just dang happy...so was the owner. Anyway, I had to postpone the place 'til I got the Cimex fixed. Due to great service, it was done rather quickly. I called the dealership owner and left a voicemail that I was now able to clean his carpet, give me a call back and we'll set up a day. No response. I call again and again leave a voicemail (maybe I should also say I've known this guy for years--even before I got in the carpet cleaning business). Finally, on the third call, I get him. He tells me that if I don't clean his carpet this weekend, he's gonna find somebody else. He then proceeds to tell me I don't have to check with him, just do it! Well, thanks for telling me that now. If I had known that, it would've already been done. His reply? We'll see. So anyway, I get thru tonight. All the new spots that had appeared since the last cleaning (yes, Jimmy...they were new ones )are now gone as I look around just prior to leaving. As I pull out of his lot, I call my wife. "Screw such and such. As long as I've got the yellow beast, nobody around here can get his carpets as clean as I can!" At least it made me feel better! lol Everybody have a great what's left of the weekend!

he's a closet Encap'er...always has been

Jim Ladwig has most of the new posters on the other forums snowed. he wants them to think he hates Encap and proceeds to tell how it doesn't work, when he in fact has been doing it longer than quite possibly anyone on this forum.

why? because he is scared his competition will learn his secrets lol...lil paranoid? yep.

here's a tip, if you are nervous of you competition learning about Encap, then don't tell ppl about it in your area / city / town. but really no need to hide on the forums, that's taking it a lil too far.

i can admit, when i started Encaping with the Cimex i talked highly about the process to other cleaners in my area. surprise, a couple of them now own a Cimex and now encap also.

question : does it affect my business? no! lol...not even close. recently i had an injury where i couldn't take care of a client on contract, a friend took his Cimex and cleaned it for me and i paid him what i make on the job. has this benefitted me? yep.

does it have to be a Cimex? of course not, can be a rotary. Releasit makes a product that works with anything. don't be so paranoid ppl, learn from others apprehension, "public denial" and deceitfulness of this wonderful system. try it yourself if you doubt. any cleaner "in the know", knows that Encap works and works well. those like the aforementioned can play it down with their "encrap" or "scrub-n-run" descriptions all they want. they still all make tons of $$$ off this system and are hoping that others won't ever try it in their areas.

thanx --- Derek.
