Does anyone use a power sprayer

Does anyone use a power sprayer either cord or cordless?

If so what brand?

I know 3M makes one cordless for about $500

Or is a good old pump sprayer still the best.

i dunno about "the best" Joe, but i've had several plactic pump up's that broke down swiftly. only found one at Walmart that has lasted 8 years now with no problems.

but in general, most find that if you are doing alot of CC'ing then you will want the convenience of a electric sprayer. i bought a battery powered one over the corded and chose the MultiSprayer...plugs into the "cigarette lighter" (is there a better word for this?) in my van. i researched various sprayers and found this to be what the majority preferred.

only had it a month or so, so far i love it. wish i coulda afforded it years ago. i use it with my Challenger for pre-spray and protectant application.

i think the best price i found was at Magic Wand Co.

359.00 to buy the listed sprayer Derek mentioned,, from Mike at Hardball chemical.
Thats pretty cheap.

He ships protector to fit the Multi Sprayer (jugs that is)
and RTU.. big advantage.

Is there anyone in VLM who does not use an electric or battery sprayer? As much liquid we spray down every day, there is no way we are going to pump our brains out. We have several Multi-Sprayers, battery and electric. IMHO they are the best sprayers on the market.

I have two rocket sprayers and prefer the 5 gal capacity. They do make a heavy duty model with a larger pump and battery and heavier duty wheels. I upgraded the first one and then bought the heavier duty one the next time around.

I have a Hydro-force 3 1/2 gallon cordless sprayer that is powered by a 12 volt DeWalt battery with charger. Costs about $400.00. Been using it about 3 years. I love it. I have an extra battery so I can switch out when the other dies. The only problem is that the plastic tank is thin and will eventually develop a crack or hole in the bottom. First tank was replace under warranty, the second cost $15.00.

Check out the new battery powered Omni Pro sprayer from Bridgepoint. Holds 2.5 gallon containers. Telescoping handle such as on roller luggae. Better battery than older style sprayers.

Of course, I am biased. See for yourself.
