I was out of town until just now and catching up on what's been happening, I note the post from Ralph on what to do with sealed concrete floors. I thought I would put in my two cents. The Cimex is great for a lot of things, but, it is not the end all of floor cleaning. You have 13000 s/f to clean. Unless it is a cluttered enviroment I would use an autoscrubber with a good cleaner or other product and then follow Rick's suggestion and simply buff after. Probably can use Ricks Turbo shine or a product I use for high gloss. You'll get it done a lot quicker than with the Cimex and only need one person.
