If you are going to hire sub contractors
It is Illegal to tell them what equipment
has to be used, or the chemicals to be used.

If you have employies then you can do that, but not
on subs.

Clark I am not tring to be a jerk, but I have seen a few have problems
with the IRS and other agencies, because they have tried to spec in things that
legally they could not do.

What are the hours to do the work?

If I can fit it in with my crapy full time job I would be

I am not tring to jump on Clark at all but trying to let someone I know a little have talked to for a few days, played with some of his equipment, and happen to think is tring to do some good stuff some advice. The government frowns on complex sales. I found out. If I am wrong then my apoliges to Clark.
Hech I have the equipment he is looking for a qualify.

It is more then likely that Clark or an associate went in and did a DEMO or had a contract with the client using the equipment he stated needs to be used, then speced it into the bid proposal to the client for X amount of stores.
This leads to what would be considered better and more uniformed cleaning results.

We start the stores in the eastern US next week. We are looking to you to help in that area. Releasit is ok and Cimex is ok. I hope you understand we at Orbitec are not making money on the cleaning of the stores. We saw this as a good opportunity to put VLM in front. We make money on equipment and chemical. Our production is sold out for the next 2 months. The chemical blending equipment will be running with in the next 2 weeks. Thank you for you help.
