Do ya sometimes just wanna hear the old "Charge" signal?

I'll tell ya what, I have been using the Cimex and Releasit since the 1st part of January this year and am still amazed. I don't doubt its abilities a bit, but it still shocks me once in a while. I bid on a Friedman's Jewelers back several months ago and never heard back. The manager's concerns were spots and the overall appearance of the carpet. She called early last week and said she had finally gotten the cleaning approved. Thankfully she reminded me of my quote, because it was so many months ago, I had thrown the estimate away (lesson learned--always mark the date you throw something out. Most of my quotes are good for 6 months, but I had no proof of when I threw it out, so I just did for the original price). Anyway, this carpet looked brand spankin' new when I was done. She was absolutely shocked when she saw it this morning. Another gained client and possibly some more of their stores!

Hi Kev, six months quote for carpet cleaning is a long time.

I feel that people may tend to take advantage of such a long time frame.

Something like, "I know the carpet needs cleaning NOW, but this bloke will do it for the same price in six months, let's wait 'til then".

Maybe I'm wrong and just plain don't trust to many people anymore.

Mine is a maximum of one month.

I would be interested to see what others have as a time frame for quotations.

Congrats; on the good job.

Cheers,

Shorty.

Mine read; This quote expires when you do.

Most estimate for almost anything are good for 30 days. Think about it . . . it didn't take six months for gas prices to go up. Things can change fast.
