| What happens if I cimex w/ds releasit & rinse by HWE?
Too much foam?
Customer demands HWE on a commercial bcf nylon but needs some pre-scrub. Want to cimex place & give it a light low psi rinse. I did this once with VS red label & was swamped with foam & blew some through my blower.
Thanks! |

Lots of fellas have done it this way. Foam should not be a problem. Wanna hear something crazy? I spoke to a good customer last week who informed me that he's been using Encap-Clean DS metered through his Butler truckmount. What in the world you say? That's what I said too. He told me that he just meters it down to the point that it doesn't foam too much. The customer said he likes using DS in his truckmount better than any rinse detergent or any product sample he's ever tried. Interesting. Bottom line, if he can run Encap-Clean DS as a cleaner through a truckmount, you'll be fine extracting behind the Cimex.

You could always use Encap Punch through the Cimex then extract it.
I'll have to give the DS a try through my Cross American |

I HWE after Cimex all the time. Just pour a couple of ounces of defoamer down the vacuum hose where it attaches to the wand (since foram is generated in the hose). |

We have run the Encap-Punch through the Butler, but now I will have to try the Encap-Clean DS through the Butler. If you are worried about the foam you can run the punch through the Cimex, but you have to remember that it does not foam like the clean DS does. So make sure that you go the same speed you always do with your Cimex.

We have been using the Sprint to apply Punch to an EXTREMELY soiled resturant carpet (wool cut pile) with Punch added to the TM HWE solution. Amazing results. The cylindrical action is perfect for preping the carpet for HWE. It cut through a 1" solid layer of dirt cake (Dirt and lard). Man that was the nastiest stuff I've ever cleaned. Filled the sprint with a paste the color and consistency of used axle grease.

If DS is made to crystalize after it drys how
effective is DS if one is HWE after they scrub with it?
Are we throwing money out the window by not using a different product?
For me in most cases the carpet would be almost dry by the time I would HWE after scrubbing the carpet if I was to apply it the same way as if i was just encaping.
PS
Rick any plans on making Encap Punch DS |

Thanks!
I'll give it a try & use my de-foam.
I like the DS Releasit in this situation so I can see how much I'm putting down |

scrub using a decent perspray with either cimax or 175 rotary or even a gls for better penetration of prespray will do wonders along with just clear hot sizzling soft water through the tm.
