| I’ve had my PileMaster for a little over a week now and have used it on a number of various jobs. The first one was a large meeting room with dense cut pile. I prevaced thoroughly with my Hoover Conquest and then followed with the PileMaster using the optional collection bins and got out considerably more debris which impressed me. After encapsulating with my Cimex I followed up with the PileMaster to groom the carpet. It looked outstanding. On several residential jobs I’ve used it primarily as a value added grooming step and my customers have really appreciated the enhanced appearance this extra step has provided. I’m definitely going to offer it as an optional extra on my residential cleaning.
On a few jobs that were moderately soiled I tried just the PileMaster, spraying DS Releasit on a small section at a time and working it in with the PileMaster with pretty good results. All in all I am very pleased with this new cleaning tool. It’s fairly quiet to operate and feels like it glides over the carpet (after thirty years of carpet cleaning my back really appreciates that) and, bottom line, it helps me do even better work. Next to my Cimex I think it’s the best investment I’ve made in my cleaning arsenal.

Hi Doug,
Glad to hear that you like it!
The folks stopping by our trade show booth at Connections have been pretty impressed too. We throw down a LARGE pile of dry cleaning particulate, make a couple of passes with the Pile-master with the attached Collection/Hoppers and the pile of debris is removed from the carpet. The Pile-Master is a great encap scrubber. And with the added Collection/Hoppers it turns into a terrific pile lifter with excellent too. Everybody's saying they wouldn't have believed it if they hadn't seen it for themselves.
Keep up the good work Doug. And keep us posted how it's going for you.

Rick,
Does the Sprint collect debris too? |

The Sprint does not collect debris from carpet. The Sprint's strong point is that it is a small, lightweight carpet scrubber. It can perform small to moderate sized encap jobs very quickly. Of course, it doesn't clean on the magnitude of the Cimex or the Carpet Avenger, yet for smaller applications it performs very nicely.
While the Sprint doesn't pick up debris from carpet, it DOES collect the water from hard surface flooring. Even on an uneven textured floor surface, the Sprint will scrub and dry the floor.
