| I just finished a job at a pedatric center and the guy
who does the maintenance at this site asked me a billion
questions about the cimex and how it works. I felt guilty but I would not give him much information on what I was
doing. I just gave general info. What do you guys say to someone that is a little to interested in what your doing?? I need my accounts and can't afford to lose it to a Maint guy.

Most people are just interested in how it works, rather than wanting to go out and buy a machine. I sometimes point to the darkened sides of the fiber pads. I tell them that whatever carpet soil doesn't
get picked up by the pad dries to a fine crystal,yada yada yada, gets vacuumed up, yada, yada.

Honestly? I tell them how it works.. and tell them that it costs about 4500.00 dollars.
They say 'wow,, great tool but I ain't paying that" and that's about the end of it. lol
Most everyone wont pay anything for anything. Thats the reality of the matter. Even at 2500.. that about rules out everyone.. fortunately but unfortunately.
This is a cheapminded industry.. it really is. Some just understand that you need to make an investment first and then allow it to prove its ROI for you.

I talk about the big yellow and how it works, then I say the unit is imported for the UK and I add about 3000.00 to the real price.
When they hear it's about 5000 they say wow, it does a good job and then they walk away.
